Return and Refund Policy

Online Return Policy: 

• Notify the store within 3 days of confirmed delivery 
• Returned within 7 days with the original receipt and box
• All shoes must be unworn, unaltered & undamaged
• All  clothing must be unworn with original tags attached
  • UNWORN policy is the sole discretion of Sole Queen
• Shipping cost to return the purchase is the customer’s responsibility 

In Store Return Policy;

• All shoes must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and return within seven days with the original receipt in the original
• All clothing, purses, sunglasses and all other accessories are final sale
